  1. I work in construction. I have owned Kyocera for 12 years or so. I have 4 of their phones with 5g being the latest. 3 of the phones sit in my dresser drawer still working but retired. These phones are ROCK solid. I used to break 2-3 phones a year…some from water some from cracked screens. Putting a screen protector or a case on this device is a complete waste. I have V-30 , CPM c4 , Vg10 blades and none can scratch the surface..trust me I tried on my retired phones. I abuse my phones and the screen literally has 0 scratches on it. I've dropped them on concrete from 5ft , no problem. I've shown people what they can do by throwing it across the room, no problem. I wash it under the sink when it gets dirty, no problem.
