HI FB THANX FOR THE REVIEW I LOVE KINDLE FIRE I REALLY HOPE THEY GO 12 INCH NEXT THAT'D BE AWESOME

I regret getting this tablet.

1: This tablet's Software is Android 11.

2: 3GB of RAM is very low for someone who uses it often. Making things load very slowly.

3: Whenever it updates, some of my apps disappear.

4: If you get an SD card, If your tablet restarts due to the crappy performance making the tablet automatically restart, So you have to stick the SD card out and back in to save your files and everything or else your SD card is corrupted. It also sucks doung the process due to having to put the case off depending on which case you have because mine doesn't have a SD hole like my speakers and stuff.

5: The updates add almost nothing.

6: The camera is ass.

I've been using Amazon's fire tablets for a while now for 6 years. So don't get it guys. Amazon making tablets is a big joke.

Great review I just ordered one 15 minutes ago Amazon is having Prime week sells it's going $69 during that time I had the 7 inch fire tablet a few years ago so I already have and idea of what I'm getting it's only for around the house use watching/listening to my podcast on YouTube and surfing social media sites I won't be using the camera I may side load a few apps cause I am a cord cutter so for the price it's a nice budget tablet

I know this video is old, but for anyone watching now, the reason they didn't compare it to the 12th generation tablet is because that tablet is the 2022 Fire 7.

Seems/feels cheaper than previous versions. Also, Fire HD 10 13th Gen is ‘not compatible’ with Show Mode. Meaning, they removed the Show Mode feature completely for all future ‘upgraded’ Fire devices. Show Mode was a big pull for purchasing this device for a personal home Echo System. What a waste.

Can you put this on echo show mode??

So just got one today. It doesn’t blow your hair back but it’s decent and runs pretty good. I see how people will not like the os. Cluttered with the Amazon prime as an app but the is looking like Amazon prime. It’s confusing it should look like the fire tv set up. Basically the fire tv should be standard. The build is ehhh but the screen I think is better than the a7 lite. The App Store is confusing and lacking. But I think they should have all the major streaming sites set up so all they have to do is log 0n. That’s what this tablets made for.

This is Gen 13. I am trading in my Gen 9. 5 years went fast! Final cost, getting rid of ads, 64 Gig was only $50 so I'm thinking, this will be worth it to me.

Hey Brian, Is there a way to make the navigation bar go to the side or make it floating it's right in the middle of a game and I cannot hit the buttons I need to on my game for the navigation bar?

The Fire Max 11 blocks you from accessing the VPN settings. So you can't configure it to access your company or school VPN if needed. Not sure if the 10 had it.

Based on your title, I thought this would be comparing the 2023 HD10 to the Fire Max 11. This really wasn't a comparison. Misleading titles are not my favorites, to be honest.

rumors are that amazon is leaving android ecosystem…. they already started with the echoshow 5 . I think i will go with the lenovo m9 instead since the lower res will help with games.

would be neat to see a comparison with the 2021 11th gen hd 10 and its a shame this fire hd 10 has a protruding rear camera lastly i wonder if the battery mah is less cause its thinner but i'd be surprised if its the same or bigger

I'm glad you mentioned screen mirroring because Amazon's site didn't say a thing about it having Mira-Cast functionality. They've been hit or miss about which tablets they ship having it. The last fire 10 tabs didn't have it. But the recent Fire 11 and 8 do have it. Just sucks they took away Qi charging.

A very marginal update. 1080@60 versus 1080@30, slightly better front facing camera and CPU/GPU. However one really cool thing is the released a CAD file!!! This make other uses other than just a fire tablet more possible with 3D Printing. I use a Kindle Fire to drive my Klipper UI for my 3D printers. So happy to see them releasing an official CAD file in their Amazon Developer section.

They’re comparing it to the 11th because that was the previous version that came out in 2021. There’s no 12th gen HD 10.

Im a fan, I've watched all your comparison videos for Samsung tablets. Is it possible to compare the tab S9 Vs the S9 Fe and tell us is it worth the price difference. Sorry this comment isn't anything got to do with the fire tablet.
