Im going to give a thumbs down, I went to purchase a domain from blue host as recommended, and it was so difficult to use. It said money back guaranteed within 30 days so I thought it would be fine to try out. I bought the $60 deal and a 55 dollar add on. It took me 2 1/2 hours to try to do anything and I still wasn't satisfied so I asked for my money back….The person that assisted me fought me tooth and nail to not leave and it was super annoying.
I had to basically beg…Finally when he gave in, they only gave me back the $60 dollar purchase. I went to email them again to figure out why I didn't receive the entire payment back and BOOM, the email is no longer active because I no longer had an active account with them. So now i'm out 2 and a half hours and $55 dollars

and you can not find them on Better Business Bureau so you can even complain to them about this scam..
