Positioning the new Panasonic monitor as Best Of, despite it containing tech that it doesn’t make and present in other 2025 models is at best uninformed and at worst an undeserved ad spot for Panasonic
It's the same exciting pics from every other CES review. I feel like I would be more interested in an "underdog" or "least reported on tech at CES" video.
Why did the Panasonic get the nod over the LG G5?
@digitaltrends I find those glasses most exciting. I’m legally blind. I have optical atrophy. Basically I have a full visual field but everything looks farther away so I can’t drive and regular print is too small for me. Does anyone know if there are already smart glasses to help in my case or are these prototypes the first low vision glasses in general?
Is there any way to use a cinema 1200 peripheral speakers after the soundbar bricks
Hahahahah Imagine thinking that Honda would clean the floor with Tesla’s self driving… that’s not going to age well.
🤯
that battery charger is absolutely mind-blowing
I'm looking to snag a 65" LG OLED G4. Anyone know when the "Super Bowl" sales usually start?
No one is even close to tesla autonomy, they just boast that they will be, just like they have all said their EVs would outtake Tesla already.
Picking a tv that looks and acts just like a normal tv as the most exciting thing at CES is crazy.
The battery charger was probably the most interesting thing I heard from in this video
Just making the comment that I saw a video pop up from 3 years ago and my Caleb has changed so much and for the better, looking good mate.
I’m all in for the Honda. Anything that may knock Tesla down a peg or two (or a hundred) has my 100% support.
The only practical tech items your editors picked was the battery charger and the glasses that help people w/vision problems. Everything else is only for people who have insane amounts of $$$ who can afford such ridiculous tech that most people could care less about. 🤖✌
I'm sorry but nothing beats the glasses helping people to see. That could be a life changer.
“Wipe the floor with Tesla FSD” was the funniest thing I’ve heard. Why in the world would Honda have more impressive self-driving tech over Tesla? They don’t have the compute. They don’t have the training data. I’m willing to bet they are planning to license Tesla’s FSD.
The Honda car is a no go for me. Self driving cars are f@cking ridiculous and if I can help, I will never purchase one.
I didn't hear anything about electroluminescent quantum dots at this year's show.
LG 6K TB5 120hz? IPS Black Display Monitor
Lol @ someone highlighting a rechargeable AA battery charger as their tech pick in the year 2025.
I knew you'd pick either the new Panasonic or Hisnese TV's!
Imagine when they put that "smart glasses" technology in a contact lense!!!!
3:14 this guy is a clown if he thinks they will have level 3 autonomy. They don’t even have their own training cluster for the AI required.
CES is so pointless. Just a bunch of giant TVs for spoiled CEOs. Where the fuck are the good 43" TVs at?
These "editor's cut" videos have shown me that I only give a f*** about Caleb's opinion.
I'm skipping all other "editors cut" vids in the future
Lol not them saying that the Honda car will wipe Tesla's floor in autonomy. He must not have seen FSD 13. There's not a car that exists that is even remotely close to Tesla's current level of FSD nor the pathway to get there soon. And I say this while hating Elon Musk lol I'm no Musk fanboy.
Honda car will release in 2068 👍🏽🤩
Loved all the coverage! Cool to see all the other guys chime in. 👍
By end of the year I will own the 5k2k LG OLED and a 5090 and it will be amazing.
John Holmes was impressive.
That rechargeable battery station is a really cool idea. I hope you guys can find some way to remind me about it when it becomes available.
I know this wishful thinking, but I hope the Hisense 116UX is under $10k so at least some people can actually buy it.
Isn’t the 4 layer Panasonic OLED a Samsung or LG OLED panel?
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the new four layer panel structure a panel that LG created and not Panasonic? I realize Panasonic is probably using it in their TV, but why would you say the Panasonic TV was the most impressive for this new tech and not the LG G5 which are the rightful owners of that panel? Why give credit to Panasonic and not mention that it's an LG panel?
