According to a study by healthcare tech firm Medtronic, over half of healthcare tech start-ups in Asia-Pacific surveyed cited the COVID-19 pandemic as an enabler for innovation, rather than a detractor. With input from 150 executives, the survey also found that a multi-sectoral collaborative approach, led by governments in the region, was a key enabler driving innovations. But over 80% of the start-ups said finding the right talent is the number one challenge.
