I find the clamp quickly stretches a bit after using so if it's a little tight when it's brand new it should be better after a short while. I thought the same too but now I don't feel it anymore. As for the sound quality I got a pair of wired only ones which sound good so can't really say about these wireless ones.
I had these once
While i couldnt change the pressure i did replace the padding with some JVC headphone ear pads over them and it (sort of) cushioned them a little better giving a longer time to enjoy them.
I gave them to my sister but i found another pair on Ebay.
Amazon has run out of supply. Typical.

This guy is fulla shit. These are the best headphones, for the price of them . The bass is amazing . I have been using these for years and the punishment they take when listening loud is remarkable. Battery lifes great , comfortable and very , very reliable. Skip this video completely. You ,WILL NOT ,be disappointed at all in these
