One is wall mounted and the other one needs a backbox. I dont have backboxes on my wall so the google nest is the only option.
Amazon is way better , if your in the ring exp system then it makes sense on the other hand googles services is more expensive not to mention how they are known to cancel projects like nest protect and raising prices on the nest cameras subscriptions. Thank you for the video
Amazon is made by Honeywell and I can tell you from my experince they have a reputation for drop wifi and app not connection randomly. I had Honeywell wifi and it has a mind of its own doing weird stuff randomly.
That was not very convincing to spend that much more on the thermostat that really doesn’t do much more.
