Referring to the described power gap: some numbers would've been nice. Because you only talked about how very low end phones didn't improve much. The mid tier phones from today should be above the old flagships and might be the phones used by the majority (maybe, I don't know)? That would make much less of a power gap.
But I agree: There are barely good games today. Just make Moder Combat 2 Remastered for five bucks, Gameloft.

pc gaming is very similar in terms of the difference in the specs people have. Not everyone has a rtx 4090 so why do game companies keep pushing out new games with better and better graphics while mobile games use excuses like "not everyone has a flagship chip set so we can't make good looking games"

Play games like Genshin Impact, Wuthering Waves etc. or racing games like Racing Master, NFS Mobile etc. or shooters like Delta Force, Bright Memory etc. play these if you complain about graphics instead of playing utter garbage, playing kids games and complaining about graphics is such utter nonsense, and you have to understand that most of the mobile games are free hence low quality mobile games are being made frequently but that doesn't mean high graphics games aren't being made either.

Funny enough, playing PS2 games on a snap 8s gen 3 (3x res ofc) feels better than ANY google play game.
The software did not keep up with hardware, aside few unoptimized games (mihoyo, WuWa).
