السيد الاستاذ رئيس الشركة تحية طيبة وبعد ،،، مرسله لسيادتكم احمد ناجي لقد قمت بشراء جهزاء محمول s23 الترا و عند فتح الهاتف و عمل pin code للجهاز وعملة بصمة الوجهه وبعدها قام الجهاز عمل اعادة تشغيل وعند ادخال رمز الpin تم ابلاغي انه غير صحيح و تم الرجوع الى الوكيل وتم ابلاغي انه سوف يتم سوفت وير للجهاز بتكلفة 650 جنيه وبعد الموافقة تم ابلاغي فى اليوم التالي انه يتطلب تغيير بوردة للجهاز وتم الرفض من قبلي وعند الذهاب الى التوكيل واخذ الهاتف تم مطالبتي بمبلغ 19700 جنيه وذلك تكلفة تغيير البوردة وتم الايضاح له انه تم الرفض من قبلي واظهار ذلك عن طريق خدمة الواتس اب وبعد ذلك تم المعاملة بسوء شديد من قبل خدمة العملاء مما ادي الى الذهاب عمل محضر في قسم الشرطة وابلاغ حماية المستهلك والجهاز القومي للاتصالات وسوف يتم مراسلة samsung الشرق الاوسط ومراسلة سامسونج العالمية واتهام كل من الممثل القانوني للشركة و اتهام التوكيل محاولة اخذ الفلوس عنوه وانه تم فتح الجهاز واخراجه خارج الضمان مع العلم انه تم شراء الجهاز يوم 28-1-2025 وتم ارفاق صور الواتس اب وصور ايصال الصيانة الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات – مصر

Did anyone notice that the introducing video for the S24 Ultra has been deleted? 😂 It seems that Samsung has become jealous of the S24 that it made, so it deleted everything related to it, including galaxy unpacked 2024, lol

Hello Samsung I hope this comment reaches your team and would definitely love your short response if possible I have been your very old customer and all i wanna say is innovation has stopped and the only thing we consumers are being offered is a high priced product then the previous year with no upgrades or maybe downgrades rather…

My first flagship device was Galaxy Note 1 the original nd then i upgraded it to Galaxy Note 5 and afterwards I upgraded it to Galaxy Note 9 which i still use it as my daily driver.

In my opinion :- Galxy Note 9 had better specs in terms of consumer use and practical life requirements in which they didn't had gimmicks

1. Sd card slot

2. Dual physical sim support

3. 3.5 mm jack

4. Iris scanner (which obviously is the most secure thing one can ever have)

5. Bluetooth supported S pen

6. Samsung dex support

7. A flagship phone delivered in flagship box which actually made the customer experience really worth the money while unboxing.

8. In box usb type c charger

9. In box USB connector

10. In box AKG tuned braided style 3.5mm earphone

11. Dedicated bixby button

12. Notification led light

13. Dual accent colour tone for the phone and S pen (which was a great design)

14. It even had Spo2 & heartrate sensor which i never used but it did had so had to mention it

Nd I look forward to upgrading it again but the problem is I wanna "UPGRADE" which I am ready to pay for but I don't see any !

Removing S-PEN amd Charging for AI feature is pathetic of Samsung. I am a Samsung user but this year Samsung release worst phones.
