Building a quantum computer would be one of the worst nightmare for some companies because they've never met with this newer technology. Example: Philips. To build a quantum computer, you should need a lot of knowledges about complex mathematics, physics, chemistry etc.

Quantum compuers won't be able to destroy internet, due to classic comphter based computers, limited internet speeds(my gsm operators sucks it also) and non-quantum data transferring systems(it's actualy possible with electron entanglement)… But it's possible on bitcoin like application(aka it's gives you instructions to calculate a block on YOUR computer).
