Pretty, smart, and I bet good advice, but I couldn't listen after two minutes. Why? Communicating is not puking. You get no awards for RUSHING your words; you get the turn off. Your job is not "to get it out"; your job is to allow for the listener to absorb your points. Yes, I could repeatedly pause but that gets annoying. Take a breath. Slow down. Damn shame as I really wanted to learn through you.

how did you design the blog i feel like theres 5000 videos on how to set up the blog but actually designing the homepage and making your blog post look pretty isnt ever shown … did you hire someone or do it yourself and if you did it yourself how did you learn?

Hi Sophia! I've had my blog well over a year now and I've grown it to 90 long and detailed blog posts, none of which are indexed on Google.

I submitted my sitemap to Google Search Console in the beginning and resubmitted every couple of months in case that's why I'm not getting indexed. Within Google Search Console it only finds 24 pages which might be an indication that something is wrong with my coding? I've tried submitting my blog post URLs individually for indexing but nothing happens after months of waiting.

I'm completely at a loss with what to try next or whether I should give up entirely and do another side hustle instead. I would want to post a lot more and invest in my own domain name to drop the blogspot extension but if no one's able to see my blog then what's the point in spending weeks writing another hundred posts and spending money on a domain I can't benefit from. I really need to get my blog monetized to help with my personal finances 😭

If you're not using AI, why are you misspelling stuff? Highly doubt you are writing everything yourself. Don't you have a huge team managing your business? Lies and more lies.

In Canada I don’t find videos show up on Google! It is still blog posts. I’ve never seen a TikTok video show up under good unless I also type in “TikTok”

Is it easy and ok to switch between hosts when traffic becomes busier? Just starting off and don’t want to invest in the more expensive route until the need to upscale 🙂 2:15

I have my own website for knit, crochet and hand dyed yarn; and am looking to start a blog to send traffic to the website. The traditional blogging model is dead, at least until Google loses its market share. I wouldn't advise starting a blog at all in 2025. Starting a YouTube channel is a much better option.

Not true. I tried googling how to make fried chicken and tiktok videos arent the first to show up. Recipe sites were the first results. I tried googling another specific how to (how to clean breville barista express coffee machine) and youtube videos were the first results. No tiktok results. Youtube is and always will be the #1 video platform. Maybe tiktok is good for growing a social media following for short attention span people

When it comes to taking courses, is there a way to tell if it’s a scam? I know some probably buy reviews on them so I feel like checking their reviews would be pointless in some cases.

It's strange, but one of my most well performing web pages on a blog is written by ChatGPT, with very little adjustments from my side. Maybe it's just a coincidence though…

Google does not penalize AI-generated content if it meets their guidelines for high-quality content. The key factor is the quality and usefulness of the content, not how it was created. I know I'm just nobody yet in the space (not generating any revenue with my new blog) but I think you get it wrong about this. It's better to integrate AI into your workflow than it is not. The keypoint is to make it usefull for readers and to provide value
