Keep in mind that charging a battery is like parking you car in a parking lot. The more cars are there, the longer it will take for you to park.
Although I do own one phone with faster charging (supplied with the fast-charger and special cable. I usually charged it slower, usually overnight. I would LIKE the option of faster charging when I need it, but wouldn't use it all the time, it does limit battery life.

How long does the battery last?
as a redmi note 12 user, i can confirm it charges fast but the more full your phone storage is the less fast it goes, my redmi is 79% full in storage and it charges about 48% in 5 minutes

while this is awesome, i do believe redmi uses older lithium tech, meaning that not only is the charge faster, but the type of battery that it is will accept it much quicker. on the downside that the battery health plummets quickly and it cant hold that charge for as long
