  1. Really enjoyed the video! In our MSP work, it’s all about having solid security, quick recovery options, and tools that keep everything in check. Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX is a game changer for staying efficient and secure

  2. Hey tiff. I'm the one requesting you for videos on cybersecurity from beginning and u even make on it . But I'm not doing cybersecurity as it's harder to get job and people are leaving because of boredom

  3. First Cell phone Sanyo SCP-4900 candy bar phone, never had a flip phone. Blackberry Pearl 8130, Palm Pre, Android ever since. Mostly Google Nexus or Pixel, the lone exception was the Samsung GS III. It was better than the Google offerings that year.

  4. Hey Tiff, thanks for the video! As someone studying to get into cybersecurity, I really enjoyed it! I have a few thoughts. First, thinking about cybersecurity's history reminded me of my early experiences, like when the Samy worm hit during the golden age of Myspace. It also brought back memories of how my friends and I figured out how to do path traversal attacks using URLs, but that’s a separate topic.

On biometrics for authentication and whether convenience outweighs privacy, we may already be living in a time where convenience is winning. For example, the US has CLEAR for air travel, where people give up their biometric data for faster screening. Similarly, DNA ancestry sites, where people submit their DNA to learn about their genetic makeup, have been used to solve cold cases. Another concern is that relying on hardware for authentication isn't foolproof, as SIM swaps are often used to target Bitcoin accounts.

  5. Your chances of finding a job in cybersecurity without any work experience as IT support, sysadmin, network admin, developer, or software engineer are about the same as your chances of hooking up with your all-time, ultimate celebrity crush.
